Delete your account and data

For Jaap Saathi: Naam Jap Counter, you can delete your account directly in the app:

1. Open Settings → Private cloud backup.
2. Enter your account password and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm by tapping Delete permanently.

This removes your email account, private cloud backup and any leaderboard profile. It also clears the practice history and selected mala picture on that phone.

If you cannot access the app, email Jaap Saathi support to request account and data deletion. Include the email address used for your Jaap Saathi account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting it; do not email your password.

If you used only the anonymous leaderboard, include your public username so we can locate the profile. See the privacy policy for more details.
